Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Is there ever such thing as too much pumpkin? We don’t think so! This caffeine-free Pumpkin Spiced Latte is the perfect before-bed drink to give you allllll the cozy fall vibes.
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp Curcuma Coconut Creamer
1. Make your coconut creamer by blending Curcuma Coconut Creamer with water.
2. You will make the pumpkin part on the stove! In a small pot over medium heat, stir the pumpkin, almond milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice. Start with medium heat and then reduce heat and let it thicken slightly.
3. If you have a frother, froth coconut creamer. If you do not have a frother, add this directly to the pot.
4. Pour pumpkin mixture into a mug, top with frothed creamer, and some more pumpkin spice!
