Golden cauliflower steaks are so easy and fun to prepare. Whip them up for that perfect afternoon snack or complementary side dish to any dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cauliflower
Golden Turmeric Powder
Olive Oil
Coconut aminos
Salt & pepper
Lemon
Garlic
Cayenne
Sumac
Dried mint
DIRECTIONS:
1. Slice head of cauliflower into 1/2 inch pieces
2. Coat cauliflower in olive oil
3. Combine coconut aminos & Golden Turmeric in a small bowl and drizzle across steaks
4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon, cayenne, sumac and dried mint
5. Cook at 400 for 25 mins (or 30+ mins if you like veggies slightly burnt and crispy)
6. Enjoy!
