INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Hawaiian ginger
1/2 tsp - 1 tsp Golden Turmeric
1 tsp baking powder
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup oats (GF if necessary)
Optional add ins: golden berries, walnuts, chocolate or fruit would work great!
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mash banana in a mixing bowl.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Add all other ingredients until well combined.
4. Transfer to oven-safe dish or dishes! Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Cool and enjoy!
