Golden Ginger Baked Oats

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Hawaiian ginger

1/2 tsp - 1 tsp Golden Turmeric 

1 tsp baking powder⁣

1 ripe banana⁣

1/2 cup oats (GF if necessary)⁣

Optional add ins: golden berries, walnuts, chocolate or fruit would work great!⁣

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mash banana in a mixing bowl.⁣

2. Preheat oven to 350°F.⁣

3. Add all other ingredients until well combined.⁣

4. Transfer to oven-safe dish or dishes! Bake for 20 minutes.⁣

5. Cool and enjoy!⁣
