INGREDIENTS:
1 serving of rice - cooked per packaged instructions
1/2 tbsp. Golden Turmeric
1 tsp curry seasoning
2 tbs full fat coconut milk
sprinkle of fresh ginger
cashews
shredded coconut
roasted brussels sprouts
massaged kale
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook rice
2. Add in Golden Turmeric powder, curry seasoning, coconut milk and fresh ginger mixing well
3. Serve on plate and top with cashews, coconut, brussel sprouts and kale
4. Enjoy!
