Golden Apple Chia Pudding

Golden Chia Seed Bowl is a great way to increase chia seeds in your daily meals. This recipe is sweet and savory thus ideal for breakfast, or a smaller portion for dessert!

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup almond mylk


1 tbsp Golden Turmeric Powder


Favorite nut butter

1. Prep apples: dice and saute with cinnamon and apples until they are a little gooey ~10 min on low heat

2. Mix chia seeds + almond mylk + Golden Turmeric Powder

3. Allow to sit in fridge 1 hour OR overnight

4. Assemble bowl: chia seed pudding, then apples, top with nut butter
