INGREDIENTS:
1/2 frozen banana
1 big leaf of kale
1 big handful of spinach
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
sprinkle of fresh ginger
1 tsp Golden Turmeric
1 tsp maca powder
flax meal and water
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup granola
sprinkle of sunflower seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix everything except fresh blueberries, granola and sunflower seeds in a blender
2. Pour into bowl and add toppings and enjoy!
